I Was Not Gonna Write This Tonight but Here We Are (Deep Cleaning Companies in Redmond WA 2025)
Okay. Where do I even start.
It’s past two. I’m sitting here in my kitchen with a hoodie that definitely has something sticky on the sleeve, and the cat just knocked over my empty coffee mug. Well, mostly empty. There’s a puddle on the floor now but I’m not getting up.
I had no plans to write this right now. I was supposed to do it this morning. Or was it yesterday? Either way, that didn’t happen.
So. You need a deep clean. Not just a wipe down. Not a run-the-vacuum-and-light-a-candle kind of clean. I mean a real one. Where someone comes in and gets rid of the weird film on your baseboards, the dust in the air vents, and maybe even that sticky patch near the garbage can you’ve been side-eyeing for a month.
If you live in Redmond Washington, or somewhere nearby, I’ve got you. Not gonna list ten companies I found in a search. These are real ones. Either I’ve worked with them, cleaned alongside them, or people I trust have cried happy tears after they left.
And if you’re in Seattle proper or around there? Just go look at this cleaning crew I trust with my own kitchen. Not fancy. Just honest.
Let’s go.
1. Seattle’s Green Cleaning Fairy (yep, that’s mine, hi)
This is weird to write because, yeah, this is my business. And maybe it’s kinda lame to put it first, but I’m not trying to win a popularity contest. I just want to be honest.
We clean like it matters. We care. We wipe under soap bottles. We get the dog hair out of the corners. We actually move the couch. We’ve even cleaned behind toilets while someone’s toddler watched and gave us a thumbs-up. That was weird but kind of adorable.
No harsh stuff. No bleachy fog. We use natural products that smell like lavender or lemon and not like a hospital. We show up. We stay longer than we’re supposed to sometimes. And if we miss a spot, we come back. We always come back.
Not perfect. Never gonna say we are. But we try.
2. Simply Clean – So quiet, I forgot they existed, until I remembered
These folks do not shout. I actually forgot about them until someone brought them up the other day. “Oh yeah, they cleaned my apartment after I moved out and it looked better than when I moved in,” she said.
That stuck with me.
They are not flashy. You won’t see them on TikTok. But they do the work. Baseboards, grout, fridge shelves, all of it. They just show up and do the thing. Which is weirdly rare now?
3. EcoMaids Redmond – If you want routine and zero surprises
Okay so if you’re the kind of person who loves a plan and wants to know exactly what is getting done, EcoMaids is probably your speed. They’ve got systems. Like, literal checklists and everything.
Their stuff is green too. Good for people with dogs that lick the floor or babies that crawl straight into trouble. They’re reliable. One friend said she forgot they were coming and just left the key under the mat. They locked up after, texted her a photo of the finished kitchen and left it cleaner than she expected.
I like that.
4. Rain City Maids – Organized and… kind of beautiful?
Is that weird to say about a cleaning company? Maybe. But their whole vibe is just put together. Branded emails. Nice vans. Matching shirts. And actual good work.
One of my regulars switched to them for a one-time deep clean and then came back and said, “I think they cleaned my house better than I ever have in my life.”
They do the weird cracks in the window frames and scrub your faucet base with a toothbrush. That level. Expensive? A bit. But if you are not in the mood to gamble on results, you will be glad you did it.
5. NW Pro Clean – Big mess? Call them. Don’t think. Just do it.
Let’s just say if your house is a mess, like a mess mess, these are the people. I’m talking layers of dust, post remodel dust, old-pet-you-forgot-about dust.
They come in with equipment that makes my vacuum look like a toy. They are fast, strong, and zero small talk. Not rude. Just focused. Like, put-on-headphones-and-blast-through focused.
Someone told me they cleaned under her washer and dryer and found an entire colony of something. I did not ask what. I just nodded.
This Is the Part Where I Should Be Sleeping
Look, I don’t even know how to end this. My tea is cold. The cat has somehow gotten into the pantry. And I just realized I forgot to send an invoice from earlier today. Cool.
But I guess if I could say one thing, it is this. If your home feels out of control and you do not know where to start, just start here. Pick someone on this list. Or reach out to Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy if you want a little kindness with your clean.
We are real. We are tired sometimes. But we will clean the hell out of your house.
And now I am going to bed. Probably.
Unless the laundry is still in the washer. Damn.
